Picture JT as the cartoon character, Mr. Magoo, every time JT speaks
in public the price drops, I can hear JT say to himself: "Oh Magoo,
You've done it again!" Hopefully all the shares that have traded
since Du's ruling will eventually result in a hostile bid. JT would
be forced into a friendly deal if such were the case. GS and JP Morgan
will make their commissions and fees regardless of who buys AMRN.
