Not sure about a lower low. W makes more sense, but who knows what the summer looks like with COVID-19.

SPX is now higher than Oct 2019. Somehow things are better now than then, in the market's view. Go with the flow, just like in Feb when all the risks were present in China, work stoppage, virus spreading to other countries but the market was making new highs.

Market is not always a predictor, sometimes it is a laggard.
