there are numerous examples and easily found with google of US "always" paying more for the exact same drug.

if we settle with generics, saving our patents, and protecting our US pricing there will be no risk.

I hope I am wrong in this regard but EU Big 5 are tough on bargaining their prices.

Maybe the EU will make an exception because the US generic indication is different but I would love to see examples where EU pricing is 2X to 3X higher than the US.
