Maybe they can use whatever information they obtained - by way of the "collaboration" - to replicate the science and bury Lexy in patent lawsuit land...? (Where Lexy would probably run out of funds.)

Do we know for sure the clock has even started on the 90 days? If Lexaria received a decision they would have to release that information.
