No profit in shorting? Well what if the shorts here are not in it for profit and are willing to take substantial losses to cap the price and are supported by BP in this effort who want this tech for themselves or to drive it out of existence? Not sure if this is the case, bit certainly a possibility. The SP is clearly being managed and capped for no other obvious reason.

Very convenient that you forgot his involvement with DNDN and the fortune he and Cramer (allegedly) made! He got put into jail for something else that they could positively pin on him and as you very well know, shorting activities are hard to prosecute and that’s the reason why they get away with it.
