There is no doubt that the price is being controlled... the price gets knocked down every day by somebody... MM’s, shorts, mgt.... somebody. Right now it is being held in a $0.17-$0.18 range for someone for some reason. When the paper came out and we traded 12.6 million shares in one day and the price only rose 6 cents, l knew it would probably take BO or partnership to make the pps move significantly.
