FUNN Doesn’t Understand How To Conduct Business Virtually?

Especially communication with minority SH. FUNN absolutely owes it to minority shareholders. Minority shareholders are entitled to it and should expect transparency from FUNN; and should be demanding it from FUNN

FUNN choosing NOT to communicate now is IRRESPONSIBLE

If FUNN truly doesn’t know how to conduct business virtually , imo, one has to question their competency and leadership

hiring an auditor
signing leases
hiring contractors
Communication with minority shareholders and Market

Auditors, real estate brokers, and construction contractors are essential services.
All documentation can be legally signed virtually.
All business activities to complete the above deliverables can be completed virtually.

The lack of any real progress re: the above deliverables, is because FUNN is choosing NOT to execute.

And, it has nothing to do with COVID-19 and existing Ordinances.

FUNN is definitely NOT under "quarantine"
