Unbeknownst to PARK and the Plaintiff after initially funding Plaintiff, LEE on or about June 24, 2019 authorized a wire in the amount $300,000.00 to SAEAN KOREA; LEE on or about July 12, 2019 authorized a wire in the amount of $300,000.00 to SAEAN KOREA; LEE on or about August 1, 2019 authorized a wire in the amount of $300,000.00 to SAEAN KOREA; LEE on or about September 5, 2019 authorized a wire in the amount of $40,000.00 to SAEAN KOREA; LEE on or about Septermber 4, 2019 authorized a wire in the amount of $206,000.00 to SAEAN KOREA, all funds paid from the SAEAN NEVADA Shinhan Bank and Bank of America accounts to the SAEAN KOREA bank account in South Korea. Lee did so without informing TOP CLASS or Plaintiff of such action.
