Great post!! When asked about the notes Did you notice the TPTW CEO said the following;
"those guys have exhausted their conversion"
Bravo Bravo TPTW!! To me, that sounds like they gave up the collateral of shares they put up to get the loan saving TPTW potentially millions of dollars. So now that upcoming note, does not most likely even exist at this point!
The note conversion is nothing even if it did, but it sounds like it no longer exist. But even if it did, TPTW can aford it.
