What was the $1.5 mil used for?

The court case shows that CEO Lee borrowed money (over $1 mil) from a lender for EMPM and then transferred that money (behind everyone's back) to his company in Korea. Is that the money you are talking about? If so, then the lender / EMPM will end up money and not the CEO.
