Still if lee didn’t respond to the lawsuit the judge could enter in favor of sawyer without a trial and may do so at the hearing

Otherwise you are correct this case will linger for sometime. I still expect that the judge will order mediation and require that it be completed even before scheduling a hearing. Pending court backlog who knows how long this will take to resolve.

Some here just trying to fool everyone about Sawyers business plan. The only plan he has is to protect Empm shareholders from lees failure to follow his commitments. In fact the longer this continues the longer it will take to fund and execute any business plan

Beside lee is telling Saean shareholders he has attorneys working on US listing and makes no mention of lawsuit or Empm
