It could all arrive a lot sooner, but I think Kubin will sack/tackle any one that tries to delay beyond May 31st, as in heads might roll behind the veil if it is not all finished and filed by then.

If the MILV/CCA, LLC 10-K for 2019 is done, the new $MILV attorney will have had 5 weeks to finish the S-1 by the end of May.

Question is could he be done by the end of this week?

Yes May31st was a key date for the now $NDTP company, and they did update the Nevada SOS about 2 weeks before that deadline.
