Lil Rod has already unwound the deal! Since SPRV is not registered with the SEC, Lil Rod has no obligation to report an "unwinding" of anything! IMO, the spin-off happened and life goes on! Given the exit of Web to Door, along with its subsidiaries Web to Door Trucking and On Courier 365, SPRV no longer has a revenue generating operating subsidiary; therefore, SPRV is now nothing more than a "shell"!
