See, that's the problem, one is the company that Little Rod is operating (I GUESS, since there is no filings.), and one is the ticker.
The SEC says has no record of W2D operating this ticker, Strange Uh?
When it's starring at my face, I tend to look back, to see what it is.

Also, the only record of this ticker, is at the OTC Markets, and it shows the ticker SPRV is for Supurva Healthcare Group Inc., so, there's that.

Lil Rod changed the name in October 2018, but then FINRA rejected SPRV's application for the trading name change and a ticker symbol change, so the Company changed the name again on January 31, 2019.
