You‘re comparing apples and oranges. This EPA drug wouldn’t be the same as Vascepa/generic Vascepa. It doesn’t make sense to dispense this EPA drug (unproven for this indication) if low cost generics exist

Physicians don’t choose much if anything at all : from the investigations to the imaging to the treatments all is controlled nowadays by the insurance payors and pharmacy tieups.
