Not at all. I look at the financials and discover flags. This one has many major flags. The biggest is that Anshu chose to give the board of that other company 70 billion shares followed by a massive 5000 to 1 RS - effectively screwing all investors. I was saw it coming, so I sold at a 400% profit - all trades were posted in real time.

Then after not trusting the CEO, you look at debt. Theirs is out of control. Next cash flow - without cash flow, the debt will grow until they no longer exist. Next, legal problems. Here the legal problem comes from failure to pay their debt. Next Net profit. More along trend lines. Their revenues grow, but their expenses are growing more, it ain't good. Then I look for oddities on Revenues, AR, Inventory, AP, Notes payable, Salaries, and officer's compensation. Pretty much in that order.
