Your past experiences with other tickers just might have left you a bit tarnished. I've learned to take each new company as they are, learning along the way their strengths and weaknesses. No company is perfect as they grow...mistakes will be made. But not all companies are crooks either and you seem to only wish to point out the 'possible, not validated, negative'.

Not saying that this is what happened, but there is always a chance.
