S&L Publishing SAS/Distribution/Fulfillment is closed

Has been for awhile, since State of Emergency Ordinances prohibited operations of NON ESSENTIAL Services; which game retail/distribution/fulfillment clearly is NON ESSENTIAL

The Market, public, and Canadian residents already know this

$0 Revenues being generated

Owning Whole Chain Supply Has SUCKED Since May 2018
Gro3 and ILK Sales Teams SUCKS Little Peanuts
Gro3's last sold 2 units in November 2018.
ILK has been an annual money loser

-S&L Publishing SAS produced KTU and Red Panda. Both are FAILURES. Can't even give away the already discounted game in inventory from a prior run. Fulfilled Morning's kickstarter campaign at a loss of -$100k+ on minority SH dime. S&L Publishing SAS received $0 of the $350k Morning KTU Campaign $$

-No new print runs ordered.

-Sold only 1 "large" contract to Wally in July 2018. No new large wholesale orders sold since July 2018. That order is still open and unfilled.

-No other "new" titles in the pipeline produced.

S&L Distribution - SUCKS. 95% of titles are not in inventory, never was in inventory. Can't distribute if nothing in inventory. Can't distribute what hasn't been sold by S&L Publishing SAS.

S&L Fulfillment - Wally's 21 month old order remains unfilled. Starlit Citadel fulfillment agreement came with no short or long term fulfillment contracts. 0 new fulfillment contracts sold since....May 2018.

FUNN needs to open 10 new cafes by October 2020 in order to just survive.

So, Where's the hard deadline on those alleged 10 new cafes?

Why don't they want to share those hard deadlines?
