LP, your questions are good and understandable. I wish I could definitely answer the questions but I honestly cannot.

Now, here is what I do believe and I think is very solid.

1) An investor had to own one of three former WaMu securities
A. Preferred WAMPQ $1,0000.00 Face Value
B. Preferred WAMKQ $25.00 Face Value
c. WAMUQ common with no Face Value

2) An investor would have had to sign a timely release by 3/2012

3) Then an investor was given NewCo WMIH shares in exchange plus Escrow ShareMarkers which reflected exactly the amount of securities owned

4) Then the court canceled ALL Preferred and Common Prospectuses along with ALL associated documents on the (ED) Effective Date of 3/19/2012

5) NewCo/WMIH later advised via 8K filing that they experienced an Ownership Change on 3/19/2012

6) The Ownership Change meant that the investors who signed timely releases now own the former WaMu Estate

7) I believe the Ownership Change on March 19, 2012, solidified the last link in the chain-of-title to prove ownership with the court, DTC, Clearstream, and our Brokers

LP we have beneficial interests in WMILT by design of "Disputed Ownership Fund".Once claims above equity are done, we might receive LTIs or Cash from DCR.
"Owner"...aka..equity.
