Emulsions is not the tablet. The USPTO accepted the POA designation for Browdy on March 16. Browdy can correct the deficiencies and get this one Allowed. There is a reason Browdy worked with OWC to get all three Oaths and their POA on file during March.

Browdy received POA status and filed all three Oaths in February. As he did with the skin patent, he can correct deficiencies with the MM, Emulsions, and Condom patents easily.
I wonder if they have a bill that needs to be paid and whether that is the reason activity stopped late March.
