that' true, I'm confident that Browdy can get both allowed. THE problem is that Browdy have NOT got both of these apps back to USPTO for examination.

At the moment, the Condom and the Emulsions apps are sitting back at Browdy's office.
-- 15/536,738 Condom patent apps--since 11/31/2019 almost 5 months
--15/708,187, Emulsions patent apps--since 12/30/2019 almost 4 months

MM is the only patent in examination stage at USPTO.

Yes, like you said perhaps the bill STOP here for Browdy... no activity after 3/31/2020
