Well stating they are hoping to or should be able to is not a "LIE", the good news to filter out the BS lies spread about $GCGX and what they could or couldn't do....all people need to do is look on the link from Sacramento which shows all the permits and CO and licenses info from day 1...isn't that AWESOME so when people tell lies no people can quickly see the BS and move right past it...Technology is fun and educational....
