WHAT?!?!?! "Biel is not a reckless company." SERIOUSLY?!?!?

It is reckless for KW and PW to approve, and personally benefit from, the toxic financing that they thrust upon shareholders.

What other company gives away shareholder equity to its insiders by guaranteeing a 216% ROI on a 2-year investment?

If this is the best financing arrangement our BOD can find, they need to be put out to pasture.

Don't hold your breath, She's already shown herself to be a moody ineffective ceo! And possibly a scam ceo at that.

IMO I don't see any deals happening while she is ceo! If I'm wrong I will acknowledge it, and even make an apology. I said the same thing, when I said the 180 day sham would expire with no signed deals. And I predicted there would be nothing forthcoming from the company when it does, basically just move on as if it was no big deal! And so they did!

Like I always say, I hope I'm wrong, but so far I've been correct, which gives me no pleasure whatsoever!

I love the Actipatch, would love to see it succeed as a national brand, or have the tech branded by another company, don't see it happening with this ceo in the picture!
