Personally, I doubt it also, but right now they are in survival mode with this cv situation and I wouldn't be surprised if the audit took a backseat until the situation improves. It's unfortunate, but this pandemic response is wrecking havoc for most retail businesses.
Is anyone really surprised though? IMO, FUNN had no intentions getting FU19 filed before 6/30/20.
Their INACTIVITY re: FU19 audit guaranteed that it will NOT be filed by 6/30/20
And there is NO EXCUSE; as auditors are considered essential services AND a new auditor could have been hired back in June 2019....lol.
Some are going to say that FUNN was still under contract with RBMS back in JUNE 19, but if cause was already established that RBMS was "negligent" in any way shape or form, that contract would have easily been nullified years ago. They've been working with RBMS since early 2017?
FUNN is basically saying FU to minority SH and Market vs. Thank You
