Yup...folks don't understand the magnitude of the Virus on business just yet. Let's just hope everybody is overreacting to the Coroanavirus...that is...let's hope it's not as serious as it's been made out to be. The Virus is getting more and more defined everyday. Once the economy resumes, Biel should have some nice announcements for us. Maybe before then...who knows??? Go Biel$$$

COVID-19 is almost as lame of an excuse for this management team's failure as the NDA excuse.

COVID-19 barely affects tiny manufacturing companies like BIEL. In fact, it could be a blessing in disguise if they take advantage of small business loans from the Feds and/or can sell back some NOL to their State.

BIEL isn't laying off hundreds or even dozens of workers. BIEL isn't grounding airplanes, or closing the doors to their salon or restaurant, or halting production of automobiles.

Considering how meager their revenues are -- imagine how little work actually gets done at BioElectronics, Inc. on a NORMAL day.

COVID-19 isn't stopping KW from signing any deals. It might delay manufacturing after a deal is signed, but it is NOT preventing KW from signing any deals. And that's all that matters now. Without "partnerships" (their word, not mine, because there will be no real "partners") or contracts, this company is going nowhere except into the toilet.

KW needs to get wise. Maybe she's intelligent, and maybe she's a good CPA, but she is not wise. Tiny BIEL is not in a strong bargaining position. Tiny BIEL has a history of failing to sell the ActiPatch globally - the failure in Great Britain really stands out when a prospective "partner" does a little DD.

Tiny BIEL needs to accept ANY deal ANYONE offers. It can be for one year or multiple years, it can have exclusivity or non-exclusivity provisions, it can be for a region or a country or a continent..... but the world is not currently beating a path to KW's door.

The current situation is just stupid. The only investors who know about this stock already own this stock and the only people who know about the ActiPatch are already buying the ActiPatch. FDA clearance for "Over The Counter" sales means nothing if the product never gets behind the counter.

The ActiPatch is a DISPOSABLE PRODUCT. Cripes. Give some away. If nothing else, do the Trial Program in the USA like they did in Great Britain. Sure, that wasn't profitable, but it was better than doing NOTHING which is what this company is doing now. And that Scratch-N-Sniff Program got PRESS in England.
