#48348 RE: HittinHeavy93 #48347

It would seem several here suffer reading comprehension problems so I thought I would simplify since some seem to care what I think.

1. CEO Ferris is a very good CEO in many ways. He has done and is doing a good job.

2. My MAIN and ONLY SIGNIFICANT criticism is that I believe VirTra should and could (easily) be growing at 30 - 40% per year rather than 10 - 15% per year.

3. As early as 2017/18, several of us have provided the CEO with crystal clear, concise, and proven suggestions on how to profitably accelerate growth including giving him the names of at least two people he should hire to lead the Sales group. While the CEO has certainly heard us, it is not apparent that he is willing to act.

I have several other minor complaints regarding BOD share ownership and the quality of the people the CEO seems to surround himself with. There are problems with his investor pitches that are apparent if you listen to the replays. All the criticisms would disappear in a heartbeat with 30 - 40% growth. I also hope and pray and acknowledge that it is possible that growth WILL accelerate "on its own" as the company ramps up and over $20million. That often does happen.

Last, with regard to my revenue and EPS guesses, there is nothing silly or out of bounds with my 2020 guesses. My record here is obviously spotty due to the companies own track record. I forecast the recent Q4 at 5.3mil+/-0.5mil and that was close, actual was 5.9. HH laughs at my 7mil guess for Q1 but the last two reported quarters were 6.8mil and 5.9mil so I don't see why a 7 isn't a strong possibility. And if any shareholder here thinks 24mil for 2020 is too ridiculously strong then your expectations for company leadership are too low.

Take care :)
