Assuming they do (i do), it's obvious they have nothing to say. I know of no other publicly held company having a 'hard working' (LOL) management, that has nothing to say for close to 10 years and still comply with reporting requirements.

Of two things one:
- either they do nothing (forget the hard working) or
- they sit and collect whatever compensation they share between themselves, doing nothing.
