The thing I find amusing is that the CEO of this company is ACTUALLY the CEO. Look at the guys instagram - I mean, is that how we want our investment represented. When is the last time he has actually addressed the shareholders? IMO, EVERY penny stock company should be striving to be the best and the best in this industry are those with strong balance sheets, properly governed company structures and with seamless communication points. Tell me which market leader in this space has some so called 'grower' t-shirt wearing individual that smokes more pot publicly then not, and that doesn't properly address his stakeholders - I can tell you - ZERO do. Then you have some tattooed, hoodie wearing dude that got media coverage online for plastering his floor with 1c pieces doing interviews. I found this last week online.
Again, the more digging I do, the more grey areas under the hood. I've seen Chuck's comments - yes a lot are done with emotion (well it looks that way), but issuers need to respect the fact that they DON'T own the company. Governance 101 will tell you that. and if leadership cant control how they respond to shareholders on whatever platform, then it isn't for you.
