I was kind of hoping that shareholders would at least been provided with even vague updates on company optimism /realism. I certainly appreciate the sensitivity of not over disclosure but, given the SEC footdraging, a little tidbit would demonstrate concern for investor frustration. My personal opinion.

only if you assume the delay is because of DBMM's legal team and disregard the possibility that it may be due to the SEC.
