nonsense. you make it sound like the sec is just pulling ticker symbols out of a hat. the sec investigates and then suspends, period. want to see an example of how well they investigate?

Nothing is "willy nilly"...The SEC doesn't suspend on a whim. These companies are clearly problematic but here's the way to look at this. Look at the THOUSANDS of companies operating normally without being shut down by the SEC. This didn't happen to Arrayit overnight and they don't shut down companies without serious problems. After all, they let Arrayit slide for FIVE YEARS without doing audited financials. That alone was enough to shut the doors
The REAL problem is why would anyone defend a dark deceptive company that trades shares publicly

Hey Guys go check out HLTY's posts from their crew that just got suspended too. A much larger company than Aryc with a .55 stock. They are saying that most of the COVID stocks are being suspended because of the fear SEC has against them being possibly guilty of fraud, so they took them all out. They expect to be back trading as soon as their 10 day suspension is over, and claim this happens all the time to Pinkies and is easily resolved by the companies (stocks) that are suspended, until the SEC can figure out that Aryc is innocent of fraud, which I'm sure they are. And, then Aryc along with a bunch of other similar similar stocks will be out of suspension and back to normal. Please go read the posts on HLTY before you jump to any conclusions. Monday the 27th we should be fine, AS LONG AS MARK MAKES THE RIGHT MOVES AND PROBABLY PUT OUT THE FINS. cj
