Nothing is "willy nilly"...The SEC doesn't suspend on a whim. These companies are clearly problematic but here's the way to look at this. Look at the THOUSANDS of companies operating normally without being shut down by the SEC. This didn't happen to Arrayit overnight and they don't shut down companies without serious problems. After all, they let Arrayit slide for FIVE YEARS without doing audited financials. That alone was enough to shut the doors
The REAL problem is why would anyone defend a dark deceptive company that trades shares publicly
