For survival purposes that does not sound too extreme.

To keep our product moving, flood the market and allow more of California to sample our product, during this stay at home time and vegetate, is a win-win situation. It is just a flower. How fast does a flower grow? Besides, it could be a hell of a write-off at the end of the year for some greatly needed advertisement.
