ANDI is at "No Bid" ... I'll stand corrected, but it's likely a seller placed their sell order as a market order and not a limit order. The reasoning is this >>
if a holder wants out and unable to dump their shares due to "No Bid" -- they are forced to put their shares up for sale as a market order. Even though the holder places their market order sell order at .0001 ... it doesn't mean they will get .0001. They're forced to accept whatever a Market Maker gives them for their shares. And that "whatever" could be .00005 or .00001, etc.
