The lawyer left the firm where he was at and the case followed him to his new firm, been repeated about 5 times here. Costello has no lawyers, nothing he’s on the run. It’s senseless arguing with you anymore you repeat yourself and fail to look at the facts, unfortunately for you your ship will continue to sink

One of the duties of a registered agents is to accept legal documents. The registered agent for Pacific Banking Corp is Justin Costello. Registered agent address is 38180 SE Northern Street, Snoqualmie, WA 98065

"What Does a Registered Agent Do?
A registered agent accepts tax and legal documents on behalf of your business, making sure you don't miss important information regarding tax payments, lawsuits, or judgments involving your business; a registered agent may or may not have a role in the operation of the business itself.

Can You Be Your Own Registered Agent?
While it is usually legally possible to serve as your own registered agent, some advise businesses to designate a third-party to perform this important role.
By having someone else responsible for the receipt of tax and legal documents, you can have the peace of mind that someone will be available to claim such important information, which means you can leave the office freely, go on vacation, etc., without having to worry about complying with the state's Registered Agent requirement..
