I was thinking the exact same thing, pt! I am sure this COVID 19 has put alot of CASH in many a brokerage account from the selling of stock. A nice PR of a 'DEAL' with a recognizable name would open some of those eyes.

I think what’s off base, is the government shut the economy down based on FAULTY MODELS BY EXPERTS AND CDC. I am not down-playing the virus, people have lost their loved ones, a terrible tragedy. So in the meantime, BIEL along with many companies hold back BECAUSE OF THE UNCERTAIN TIMES THAT WE ARE IN.
So, what can BIEL do at this very moment? And I ask that in a rhetorical way, because the business of making money is on hold.
We only have hope right now.
