I’ve spoke to it here many times. LPC is the worst of the worst. Have they changed their ways just for ALPP who knows. Their history speaks volumes, IF ALPP and that’s a big if, doesn’t need to use them at all it’s for the best. No I do not believe the deal would benefit the shareholders in anyway. IMO.
Kent does whatever Kent wants though apparently, why didn’t he take the R/S off the table when people were begging him to for months.
He is CEO, gotta say it’s he’s ship to sail or sink
