The Docketing Statement will be an interesting document filed in 14 days. See the attached link to the form of the document below.

In the Docketing Statement, Amarin must set forth the issues on appeal, the status of settlement, whether the case is amenable to mediation, and why the case is, or why the case is not, amenable to mediation. Very, very interesting tidbits of public information that will greatly enhance our understanding of the case status, and will likely be the subject of massive dialogue on this Board.
