It took CTYX 5 days after the attorney letter and only because something needed to be amended. We’ll see

That is referring to when the CE label gets put onto a ticker. The CE label has been on RNWF for much longer than 30 days, hence that quote is irrelevant to RNWF.

I am expecting skull and bones to be removed sometime this week.
