“The Caveat Emptor designation is typically not removed within the first 30 days.”

That is referring to when the CE label gets put onto a ticker. The CE label has been on RNWF for much longer than 30 days, hence that quote is irrelevant to RNWF.

I am expecting skull and bones to be removed sometime this week.
