I think 0.098 is the point. No matter how you want to look at it an R/S is still an R/S and a buyer doesn't know if they will own 10 times or 100 times less than what they bought. Shouldn't todays news been better received?

The point is, today's news was an opportunity to sell and put in a key reversal. The stock is probably going to spiral down from here. Why? Huge authorized shares and future reversal.
