I think that was either:

1) A misunderstanding that Pick & Pack are really ex-S&L employees. If this is the case, good for Pick & Pack since they just became another distributor competing for S&L business.

2) Pick & Pack stating that they are S&L with a new name in order to get more customers. That could be a problem for Pick & Pack if this is truly not the case since it could turn into a lawsuit for them.
