How can the SS remain the same as that 04-03-20 posting, when we already see that he's raised the AS's from 1 billion to 2 billion on 04-13-20, in their state filings?

Quick question, looking at his post it does seem they have increased the float to 2 billion shares. Am I mistaken here or is that the case ? Sure hope not
