Notice when you click on the "camera" symbol for the filing dated 12-30-19, and then go down to the filings snapshot below, the number of Common Shares is 1 bill & 1 bill, but at different values. The 1 bill @ .001 was for the S-1, which they canceled.
Now if you do the same thing for the filings dated 04-13-20, it's now 2 bill, all of which is one value.
They took the extra 1 bill at .001 and added it to the 1 bill @ .00001.
They just raised the AS's to 2 Billion, so they can keep diluting.
