Since ARCA has been on the ask most every day , he's prpbably the one selling the shares for Cyberlux. Since the volume has dried up in the last two days, wouldn't it be a good idea for our company to make some positive announcement "as soon as possible"???? It would accomplish a couple of things. For one, they won't have to "give these shares away", and, it would draw some buying interest in this stock, probably wiping out any shares still remaining to be sold on the open market. The stock would then have some room to breathe, and most likely a nice rally would follow. Just my opinions of course. The people running this company are a lot smarter than I am. Florida
