Amicus Briefs describing that a decision of this horrific, unfair nature destroys innovation etc. would be quite beneficial I believe---hoping there are multiple organizations and companies requesting that they be filed in this case.

Hoping also to see strong arguments bout the injustice of the practical infringement of later patents because of insurers, pharmacists pushing customers into generics even where the patients' condition treated is not part of the generics' legitimate labels (to treat CVD here when it should only be allowed for triglycerides above 500.)

Thanks flubber, I forwarded your post to IR. I reached out to Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) and spoke to someone in their legal department to discuss Judge DU’s ruling and they said they would possibly be willing to assist with an Amicus brief if contacted by Amarin. I notified IR about them as well. Thank you.
