Cutting back won't work anymore. OPEC strategically has done this to knock all our drilling out as we became the largest oil producing nation last year. Saudi has the funds to withstand this while all our Co's go bankrupt which is a 100% given now. In the end (maybe a year out) but we will pay the price dearly when oil returns to $100 ppb and it'll take a few years at that point to get all our rigs back up and going
