bidmark, For myself I see that as the greatest risk...if he partners Europe its all over as far as a BO is concerned. So far JT looks like a dufus, as far as his treatment of shareholders is concerned.
Imagine if he had a chance to sell AMRN before he did the $18 a share stock offering...maybe as a signal to BP that he is now willing and able to GIA?
Now the only chance for AMRN to get a reasonable BO is based on the value of Europe. Will JT destroy that opportunity as well? I certainly don't want JT to gamble the fate of AMRN based on a court case. I want JT to consider a sale of the company if a reasonable offer can be had.
JT and Kennedy are brilliant when it comes to their own personal stock market moves. I get the impression they could care less about their loyal investor base. Loyalty is a two way street and so far I don't see any reciprocation of the loyalty shareholders have shown over the years. JT should either sell the company or resign.
