Lack of performance, and then the virus shut down really put the hurt on, lots of liabilities and no revenue stream

The stock price was in free-fall until the closures. It has been fairly steady since the closures. No doubt because it is far more economical to take grants from the GOV't to close than to continue to operate at a loss as they had been before the China virus.
