Yeah, it is printed there. Says nothing about any other LQMT HK shareholders. Are there any? Then or now. Does not mention the commitment by the CEO to transfer the LQMT HK shares to EONTEC, now majority held by the Chinese State, the state was a minority shareholder when Li exercised all the same authorities over his flagship company as he now does over LQMT LF. He talks to EONTEC all the time. Ignores LF shareholders. And then there is this: When the Chinese State acquired the majority of shares to EONTEC, how did they acquire them? On the open market, from authorized shares issued by the company, or all or in part from the professor, and at what price? Nobody knows, but within that question lies the conflict of interest issues when everybody says Li would not blow $64 million then let
LQMT hang.
