Yes, I would agree with your time line. If the plant ever gets started in Chile, then ibat should move up, with patent pending.
Last report ibat had $400,000 in the bank. So it will be sometime in the fall before new shares will be issued to keep the doors open. So lets hope we hear some news on construction in Chile, before ibat issues new shares or the next batch of shares will be cheap and abundant.

My concern is does the coronavirus, stay in the southern Hemisphere, it would be their winter?
